Foster carers open their homes and hearts to children and young people who need care. Taking on the full-time care of someone else’s child can be daunting. The care of any child brings with it a wonderful sense of satisfaction, but of course there may also be challenges to face. That is the reality of foster care, it gives enormous joy, but it is also a most challenging commitment.
